Is Claire a real person?
No. Claire is digital. Limitguard created her in October 2026 to explain how a check works. She never pretends to be a person, and a person on our team reads along with everything she writes.
How she knows what she says
Claire answers from Limitguard's published product facts and help pages, and looks up a price or a feature every time instead of quoting it from memory. Anything about a deal, a complaint or the law goes to a person on our team.
