We keep earlier versions of our legal pages so you can see what applied when. For customers who signed up before 4 October 2026, the previous versions stay in force until 3 November 2026; the current versions apply to them from 4 November 2026 and to new customers from 4 October 2026. The update of 7 October 2026 adds Ask Limitguard, the AI chat assistant, to the Terms, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement; for existing customers it applies 30 days after our notice email. The update of 9 October 2026 adds a section on our emails and how we measure them to the Privacy Policy; it describes how our emails work from that date, for everyone.
